The living room/bedroom features a comfortable double sofa bed and a recliner, a flat-screen TV, radio, CD and DVD players; the integrated kitchenette offers a comfortable dining area for 4 people, a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kitchen blender, egg cooker, iron, and ironing board. The bedroom (equipped with roller shutters), featuring a double bed and a radio alarm clock, along with a modern shower room/toilet, complete the apartment. Guests have access to parking space No. 20 (entrance from Ostseestraße—bike racks must be removed—as well as in the bike storage room), a washing machine, and a coin-operated dryer.
The apartment building is located on Ostseestraße; a public parking lot is right nearby. Pets are not allowed! Non-smoking apartment.
This modern vacation home is just a few steps from the beach, the beautiful, modern promenade, charming cafes, cozy restaurants, and the nearby spa park with a mini-golf course and tennis courts. Everything is within easy walking distance.
