It features parquet flooring throughout and offers a cozy living and sleeping area with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a dining area for 3 people.
The kitchenette features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
A cozy sleeping alcove with two single beds (which can be pushed together) is separated from the room by a glass partition. The bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the amenities. A lovely east-facing terrace with patio furniture invites you to relax.
The beach, 200 metres away, can be reached via a public staircase on a hillside.
Bicycle parking is available.
Parking space No. 6 is available for you in front of the house.
Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.
The house is in a fantastic location right next to the Kammerwald forest. The beach is a 5-minute walk away via a staircase on a slope.
