Please note that all houses and apartments are individually designed and furnished, and the photographs shown are typical examples only. There is no internal connecting door between the floors, and the 2 units function as separated properties with no internal connecting door between them.

On the ground floor, you will find a living and dining room of 20 m2 equipped with a flat screen satellite TV, with a direct exit to the small terrace of 6 m2. This level also includes 1 bedroom of 9 m2 furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a kitchenette fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.
