The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. The cables hanging directly above the bed for the bed lights made it all seem unfinished too. The shower drain was blocked, and you had to turn off the water every 30s for the water to drain away. The towels were also not of adequate size (too small) and were of bad quality.
The parking situation at this accommodation is abysmal. There are only 2 spaces available, which you need to pay for, and which are never available.
From what I understood, the place was not finished. I would say there is quite a bit of work left before opening it up to the public.
