This was a very nice hotel and the staff was really nice and helpful. I was a little uncertain about the area around the hotel, but we had zero issues and felt pretty safe. The continental breakfast was very good too.

Tub was very slippery, and there was no countermeasure provided. Tub mats could very well prevent a painful fall. On plus side: vegetable plus egg white omelets were good, and a nice accommodation.

Over chlorine hot tub hurt my eyes and burned. Needs better regulated, also people brought in cases of beer and no signage not to do so. Could not get a hold of desk day of to ask for any discount for being over 60. Wanted to learn about points but again need two desk clerks so one can explaine while the other checks out people or in. Otherwise very clean and wonderful. Over priced for assessible.

We stayed a Wednesday through Sunday. Wednesday and Thursday seemed to have more noise during the night and in the early morning. There was lots of stomping on the floor and doors slamming. Friday - Sunday were fine. When we checked in, my husband was nervous about some hoodlums hanging around the building. Breakfast was delicious and a great variety. The rooms were clean.
