We did a 1-night overnight while on the way to Nashville. This is a wonderful stopping point if you need a place to stay while traveling north or south. Our room was newly updated and super-clean. The staff was friendly and amazing. My only recommendation is to pay the extra few dollars and upgrade to a suite. The rooms are a little small compared to other name-brand hotels in the area. We upgraded, and having the extra room, sofa, etc. was well worth it. We will stay here again. Note: this is a motel, not a hotel. The rooms open up to the outside. That said, we felt fully safe in the room and outside.

Room was just what we wanted, clean and cozy. We didn’t want to pay for a weight room and pool that we never use so we got this room for half the price where we normally stay. Owner/manager was really nice and helpful so I would recommend it to anyone.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, appeared to be more recent refresh from an older style motel. Cons include no extra security lock on door to room - only lock was keyed lock on door handle. Breakfast was truly grab & go, with yogurt, some fruit, cereal, packaged muffins, milk, juice, & granola bars. Can’t really complain for the price!

Staff was not very friendly. I have been traveling the country for over 30 years and have traveled to other countries as well. This is the first hotel that refused to allow me to check into my room when I arrived early! Yes, first time in 30 years! The owner was flippit with me when I asked him, why I could not check in early if the room is ready and he told me to just go ahead and cancel if I didn't want to wait. will not be staying here again for sure!

Bare bones kind of place. Can hear tv from next room, every car that goes by. Room smells strongly of disinfectant, had to open window and run fan to stop my eyes from being so irritated. No desk. Only chair had soiled upholstery. Deep tub in bathroom but no plug so can't use it. Bathroom clean enough. This place will do if you aren't fussy and want to save a few bucks.

The room was clean and recently remodeled but we were there when the temperature was below 30 and the bathroom was ice cold. We tried to leave the door open to get some heat in there but the door bumped into the bed and wouldn’t stay open. The towels in the bathroom were beat up and old but it was too cold to shower anyway.

Due to the small opening in the window at the main desk, along with the tv and heater fan in the lobby, it is hard to hear staff. Otherwise pleasant people to deal with. I thought I had booked two beds. I had to use the sofa pull out. It had only a very thin blanket and is right in front of the heater fan. A very cold night. Snow was still piled up outside. Please put a heavier blanket somewhere in the room. I have always enjoyed my stay at this motel when it was the Campbell. But thank you for the nice room.
