The approximately 80 m2 flat offers three separate bedrooms. It is an atypical accommodation consisting of 3 independent rooms. Each room has its own bathroom and television. The kitchen is shared.

Please note that you can share the kitchen and common areas with other guests.

The living room has an open-plan kitchen. The accommodation is about a 5-minute walk from the picturesque village centre of Ardez. Here you will also find various shops and the post office. Salsiz, Landjäger or Natura Beef meat can be purchased directly from the nearby Naturhof Campell.



Ardez railway station is 160 metres away and can be reached on foot in approx. 3 minutes. The Motta Naluns ski area can be reached via Ftan in 5 minutes by car or via Scuol in 10 minutes by train. Ardez has a night-time cross-country ski trail, which can be reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot. The neighbouring village of Ftan also has the 8.5 km long Dario Cologna cross-country ski trail.



In summer, the entire Lower Engadine is ideal for beautiful hikes, whether short or long. The hike from Ardez over a suspension bridge to Tarasp and then to Scuol or to Murtera d'Ardez, a film location in the Schellenursli film, is popular. The Swiss National Park is also nearby.
