Private location right across the street from the beach with gorgeous ocean, wetland, and sunset views. Beautiful townhouse features and extra spacious living area with cathedral ceilings and so many windows to take advantage of the special panorama outside. First level has 3 roomy bedrooms, one a master suite with a queen bed and brand new private bath, second has a queen bed, third has a pyramid bunkbed that has a full on top, full on bottom, and a trundle sleeping one for a total of 5 sleeping in that room and 1 brand new gorgeous hall bath. First level has all new flooring, doors, wainscoting, crown molding and new washer and dryer.Top floor has master bedroom with queen bed and private bath, living area with new living room furniture, deck with all new deck furniture and gas grill, dining, and kitchen areas, and powder room. Parking for 3-4 cars, outside shower & storage space. Don t miss this one!!
