Like new townhouse! 1 short block to great beach! Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 full bath luxury twin just a short block to a great south end beach. Two bedrooms (one with a queen, one with 2 twins), one bath on first floor, great room (extra large living room) with two decks, bedroom with a queen bed and full bath on second floor, two bedrooms (one with a queen, one with 2 twins), full bath and deck on top floor. Central air, garage, enclosed outdoor shower and off street parking. All the bells and whistles included! Includes plenty of beach chairs, bikes, and a Foosball table! Always kept immaculately clean. Very, very comfortable home. Owners will be getting a new sofa bed before summer of 2025 and will let us know the size then, double or queen.
