Located on the oceanfront bluff on the northern side of Sea Ranch, this home is close to Walk On Beach and the Del Mar Recreation Center. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you'll have plenty of privacy and seclusion - and enjoy access to a shared pool. If you'd like to experience golfing at Sea Ranch, you can spend a day at the Sea Ranch Golf Links. This Scottish links-style course offers 6,649 yards of rolling hills with views of the ocean.

Relax in the bright and cheery living room on tastefully coordinated furniture, watching something on the satellite TV. Pop a movie into the DVD player for movie nights with the group, or listen to music on the stereo with FM radio, cassette, and CD players. This room also has a warm gas fireplace and sweeping views through the large windows.

The fully equipped kitchen is extremely spacious, with everything the group chef needs to prepare a memorable feast. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area has wonderful ocean views and space for everyone to sit down and eat.

Head outside to the ocean-side deck to relax in the hot tub, enjoying views and protection from the wind. After soaking in the hot tub in the evening, clean your swimsuits in the included washer/dryer. Are you bringing the kids along to experience the majesty of Sea Ranch by your side? Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house is beautiful and clean, 10 out of 10. The construction on the lot 5 feet away next door isn’t. I’d avoid staying during the week until the construction is complete.

Very well maintained property with great views and room to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. Interior is more traditional finish (not so much exposed wood) with great natural light and interesting colors and angles.

This house was spectacular. Very spacious. Great location on the bluff overlooking the ocean. Enjoyed sitting in the hot tub with a glass of wine watching the sunset. The bluff trail is just outside the back door. We were lucky enough to get to see the sheep mowing the grass in the field next to the house while drinking our morning coffee. There was a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook. If you forget anything Gualala is only a 5 minute drive away. It was delightful to wake up every morning with a view of the ocean from the comfortable bed in the master bedroom. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning view from all rooms. Beautiful home with everything you need. Steps from the walking path. Deer all around. Seals near by. Very short drive or bike ride to 2 beaches. Shell beach is the best. You absolutely can’t beat the sunsets every night from the hot tub. You will be so happy you chose this house. We cannot wait to go back.

Great views and wildlife

My husband's parents, my 10-year old and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views and location are amazing and the house is wonderful. We saw whales, sea lions, a fox, rabbits, quail, deer, bats, falcons, turkey vultures....all from the great windows on the various levels of the house. You can watch the waves crash on the rocks, and are right on a walking trail that goes for miles in either direction. So beautiful and so restorative! We highly recommend.

Loved it!

Our first time to Sea Ranch and this home couldn't have made a better impression on my family. The home location is perfect, with ocean views from the kitchen, dinning, master, and living spaces. The community pool is very close and the ocean front trail access is even closer. Also, the amenities make you feel completely at home. We would be back in a heart beat!

Location, location, location

This home is located at the end of a Court right on the bluff with commanding blue and whitewater views. The house is very contemporary and well appointed. The living areas configuration lend themselves to allow for great communication and interaction among occupants. Great chef’s kitchen stocked with all necessary accroutemants. It would be impossible to experience this home and not have an excellent time. One of the best Sea Ranch homes we have experienced in 25 years of vacationing here. Just Awesome!
