A 3-5 min walk or 2 min bike ride to the beach! This home has peaceful views from the living/dining room to watch the birds, fish, alligators, and golfers! This family friendly, close to the beach, home, is a place to rest and relax and unwind for a short vacation or la long extended stay!

PROPERTY DETAILS
This home is a 2 bedroom 2 full bath homes that sleeps 6. There is a kitchen with cookware & new appliances. The laundry room provides a full size stackable washer/dryer combo. Also available to guests is the storage shed underneath the home that stores beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and also storage wagons! Also, there is a starter set of toiletries will be available for you to use; toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. There are also cleaning supplies that you can use at your discretion.

AMENITY CARDS & GATE ACCESS
Amenity Cards are included with the rental at the cost of the host. To set up an Amenity card, the renter must get in touch with SIPOA prior to arrival and instructions will be sent by host after booking. An Amenity Card is required to access all Seabrook Island amenities: the Lake House (heated indoor pool, outdoor lakeside pool with a kiddie pool, playground, fitness center, fitness classes, and library), the Beach Club (oceanfront pools and Pelican’s Nest restaurant), 3 restaurants (Palmetto Room and Bohicket Lounge at the Seabrook Island House, and Pelican’s Nest at the Beach Club), two championship golf courses (Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds), Equestrian Center and tennis and pickle ball at the Racquet Club. Greens fees, dining charges, gym workouts, tennis reservation, fitness classes, etc, will be charged to the amenity card and are the renters responsibility. All usage charges will be charged to the credit account tied to your amenity card on the app. The Lakehouse indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

***Guests must preorder amenity access cards and once booked, the host will send the information. IT IS SUPER IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THE WEBSITE PROVIDED BY THE HOST, ONCE BOOKED, TO BE ABLE TO USE THE AMENITIES AND CORRESPONDENCE TO SEABROOK ISLAND POA.

Two total vehicles are the maximum permitted per rental reservation. Two Seabrook vehicle gate passes are included in the rental and is the maximum permitted by the Town of Seabrook Island. Please note that if you reserve an LSV (golf cart), one of the two vehicle passes will be used for the LSV rental. Please respond to the host on the number of gate passes requested and the name per vehicle to ensure smooth entry to Seabrook.

**LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. No off-road tires allowed.
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
