The living room area has vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows that highlight the natural beauty of Seabrook Island. The dining room area adjacent to the kitchen features a table with seating for 8 and sliding door access to the deck. It is also open to the living room area where you will find a bar with a sink and beverage refrigerator. On the deck outside you can enjoy dining at the table that seats 6 while you share your favorite BBQ delights on the propane grill.
The laundry room is next to the kitchen with full size washer/dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom is on the first floor with king bed, 55" HDTV and en suite bath. Sliding doors lead to a nice decked area with seating - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or favorite beverage as the day begins and ends.
Two guest bedrooms are on the second level and share a full hall bath. The first room features a king bed with sky lights. The upper deck off the second bedroom has been enclosed creating a suite with 2 queen beds plus a queen sleeper sofa and 55" HDTV.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
