The open and airy main level features a spacious living area with large windows that capture the natural beauty of the tidal marsh and local wildlife. Step through the sliding doors to the screened porch to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at sunset while watching egrets, herons, and dolphins in Captain Sam’s Creek. Inside, the living room offers plenty of seating and satellite TV for cozy downtime, and the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed to dine in during your stay. A convenient half bath is located adjacent to the kitchen and living area.

Both bedrooms are located on the first level for added privacy. The primary suite includes a comfortable king bed, a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony overlooking the marsh. The guest suite offers two double beds and its own ensuite bath, perfect for additional family or friends. A washer and dryer are also located on the first level for added convenience during your stay.

Creekwatch Villas are located in a prime Seabrook Island waterside setting on Captain Sam’s Creek with a crabbing dock, community pool, and tranquil marine and birdlife. Wherever you stay on the island, you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests, and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddleboarding the waterways, and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook Island Amenities: Your stay does NOT include amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club. If you would like to purchase amenity access for your stay, please contact our local reservations team.

Pool Access: Community pool for Creekwatch Villas. Two oceanfront community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to enter the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Bike to the beach. 1 mile to Boardwalk #2.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.
