Our newly remodeled "Bison Hall 5" is a 1 bedroom duplex, located 1 block from the downtown court square and less than 1 mile from Harding campus. The centrally located duplex is easy to find and close to all that Searcy has to offer.

NO pets or smoking on the property, due to allergies of other guest. If the house smells like smoke, pet hair or there is excessive cleaning upon checkout, you will be charged a 100 dollar cleaning fee

The location was fine, the room was mostly clean. Good price.My issues with the room:- None of the doors opened/closed easily. This property most likely has foundation issues, which causes doors to get out of alignment.- The bedroom mattress was awful. There is a terrible sag (valley) in the middle of the mattress, which makes it very uncomfortable especially with two people in the bed.- The shower curtain had pink mold along the bottom.#2 and #3 are easy to fix. Just replace them.

I stayed at Bison5 while visiting my dad who was in a nearby hospital. The location was perfect, just a mile or so to the hospital and within walking distance of downtown. There are several grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants close. The space was cozy and comfortable. I wasn't there long enough to enjoy it but the back porch looked inviting. The neighborhood was quite and felt safe. Amanda is a 5 star host as the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Searcy.
