A private deck space is available for your enjoyment. Please clean up after using the outdoor space and grill.

** Guest access:

You will have full access to the entire apartment with two parking hang tags good for street parking near the property. Please do not park at Ocean Terrace, on the beach block or city parking lot with the Tag, it's not covered and will be ticketed. Paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Rear 2nd fl deck is a shared space to enjoy with your friends and family.

If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Perfect get away
I was so impressed with this property. It was perfect for our family. It was clean and spacious and I loved the outdoor space. The host was so responsive and helpful. I will definitely be booking this property again.
