OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the 4th floor, (sleeps 4) with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed with flat screen TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy, Flat screen Smart TV with streaming NetFlix, games, books, DVD’s and a new comfy sofa. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Coin op Laundry on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. This was our first time on vacation on the Oregon coast. We could not have chosen a better place in Seaside. Very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The unit right on the beach front with a great view. We highly recommend this condo in Seaside.

The condo we stayed in was bright and clean. We loved the recently updated cabinets and counters. It was not cluttered with to many pillows and beachy nicnacs, so that we had plenty of space to unpack our items. Of course the sound of the ocean waves and the view of the beach were a great reminder of God's creation. The walking distance to town is perfect.The one item that needed fixing was quickly fixed.

The location of this place is its best feature. It’s right on the Promenade and very close to the turnaround and Main Street. Very easy to deal with management.It’s an older building and a little weathered, but inside condo was very nice and spacious, well stocked, and everything worked fine.

You can’t beat the location. One minute walk to the boardwalk and under 3 min to the beach. Well stocked kitchen and extras like beach chairs and umbrellas. Lovely stay-we will be back! Thank you!
