L Street beach entrance is located directly across the street in front of the unit. The brand new HVAC Unit with UV air filtering system to kills Covid-19, H1N1, Sars, etc.

Panoramic views from all three bedrooms on the third floor. Each bedroom features a sliding door to front deck. The spacious master bedroom has it owns full bath. Nice location with a great view.

We vacationed here with family that included adults, a teen, children, and an infant. The condo was very spacious and clean. From the balcony there was a view that overlooked the ocean. Our family was able to sit out and relax. Overall everyone had a great time, and we would like to thank you for sharing this house. Bimble Family

Great place right across from the beach

Easy to find great location. Well equipped home with beach chairs and other beach supplies. Saw dolphins and a whale from the balconies plus amazing sunrises every morning. Will definitely come back again.

This spacious ocean front condo, is clean & beautifully decorated, with gorgeous panaramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Located within walking distance to the boardwalk, and adjacent to the L Street Beach Entrance in desirable Seaside Park, NJ. Great rental for a great price. The owners are very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this rental property.

Great Beach House!

This was our second year staying at the house for our Seaside vacation. This year we had our daughter with us for her first trip to the beach! The location couldn't be better. The house is always clean and well maintained. View from the bedrooms is always awesome and the owners are always so easy to get a hold of if you need anything! Definitely cannot beat the location!!

Absolutely perfect family beach vacation!

We had an absolutely fantastic family beach vacation. The house was perfect. The balcony and kitchen had great views of the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped for a family that cooks alot rather than dining out all the time. The kids had plenty of space to play together. Access to the beach was very easy and beach badges were a bonus! The boardwalk is within easy walking distance and the fireworks display was visible from our beach. We had a wonderful time and will be back next year. We are already planning the dates!

Great location!

We had a very positive experience. Patti is wonderful to deal with and extremely responsive. A lot of care went into the house and it was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. We enjoyed the oceanfront balcony which each bedroom could access and then the small patio off the master in the back of the house which had a table and chairs and was a great way to start each morning. The location is perfect - walking distance to the Seaside Heights boardwalk or a short car ride or bike ride to Island Beach State Park. You cannot beat the location. We were able to park two of our cars in the driveway and another car on a side street. Patti provided clear details in advance about recycling, trash removal, etc. and we had no issues. All in all a great week. I have only positive things to say!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this very clean, extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, oceanfront townhouse in prestigious Seaside Park, NJ. We woke up every morning from a comfortable nights sleep, to a panoramic view of the ocean from the front deck, and a spectacular sunrise. The owner's, Patti & Carlos, are extremely nice and very accommodating. We plan on returning again next year. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a family vacation at the beach and boardwalk.
