The space
The space is about 1100 square feet. Much larger than a hotel room! Large kitchen and room to move. Shared washer and dryer in the basement with provided laundry soap.

Quiet neighborhood! We’re so close to the airport that we aren’t in the flight path so airplane noise is at a minimum.

Plenty of towels, hair dryer and curling iron.

First aid kit.

Free parking.

Brand new stylish shower surround in the bathroom!

Literally 2 minutes and 3 turns to get to the airport. 10 minutes from the beach.

There is a small apartment below. Paul, the tenant, is very helpful with anything you may need if he's around.

Burien is a quick drive and offers more great restaurants, groceries, shopping and amenities. CLOSE are grocery stores, McDonalds, diners, public swimming pool, community center/gym and a park. Olde Burien offers restaurants, breweries, bars.

The Seatac Comm Center offers a $5 drop in fee - you can use their weight equipment, free weights and cardiovascular equipment - even pay for a pickle ball lesson!
Guest access
Guests may use everywhere in the home except for the basement apartment. Please park in front of the garbage cans in the back or in front on the street. Please do not go in the carport as it may disturb the guests in the apartment below.

Laundry room in the basement is shared with lower unit.
