The staff knocked once quickly, then walked into our room. This was a particularly inconvenient time in early morning. Instead of an apology, I received written instructions on how to use the "Do Not Disturb" tag and to bolt the door. I'm aware of these checks, I would expect that there would be some expectation of privacy without having to take those measures.

One night stay, room and property were clean and stocked. We had drinks in the bar before going downtown. The service was good, no complaints!

Staff is amazing, we were able to check in early, they were friendly and greeted us each time we walked by. The hotel is gorgeous.
