Check in lady was very helpful and had some good parking recommendations. The hotel is very clean and “fancy”. probably one of the nicer hotels i’ve been to in my life. decent view from my room. didn’t get to try the sky lounge but i’m sure the service would be just as great.

Very nice clean hotel. I had the room with the space needle view. Nice walk to the climate pledge arena. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I wish the restaurants were open a little bit later. After the concert we were hungry and there weren’t any places to eat close to 1am. But that’s ok. I chose valet parking and it’s worth it. All in all 10 put of 10. Thank you.

Rude service. Refused entry to rooftop bar as a paying hotel guest. Management could have cared less either. Treated us as if we were a bother. Valet also took over an hour to retrieve our vehicle. Would never stay here again. Makes me think hospitality is dead.
