Property was very clean. Staff were friendly and helped us enjoy the stay. The only negative was something the motel has no control over. There seem to be quite a few “Ladies of the night” walking up and down the street. The security gate etc seems to keep them out of the property.

The room was okay. The check in staff and cleaners were wonderful, warm, kind, helpful. it's a pretty dodgy area with drugs, prostitution, homeless camps. Probably very common knowledge to locals within the area, but we had no idea and were pretty shocked when we rolled into the neighborhood.
