Modern, bright unit at a quiet location, on about .3 acres, so tons of shared backyard space. The interior has durable laminate floors, a kitchen with quartz countertops that was re-done less than 5 years ago and a beautifully tiled shower/tub!

This is a completely separate lower level mother in law unit, the only access point is down an external set of stairs. Because it's a lower-level unit, it stays nice and cool in the summer time.
