The pool was great. No bar. Very 80’s. Beds were so old. Not comfortable. Hair conditioner was out. Kleenex were out. Our room had a window directly across from another room window. The TV could have been bigger. Family above us could have kept there children from slamming things and running. Overall disappointed with this “Hilton”. It would have been better if we had stayed elsewhere.

Just about everything was great. The only compliants we have are one of the remotes barely working with the tv. That's manageable. The other being morning brealfast. The options were terrible at best. Plain eggs, bacon, maybe a waffle maker or something would be a huge upgrade. Everything was great.

Not a quiet hotel; paper thin walls

If you want to hear every word your neighbors say including at midnight or 3am, this is the hotel for you. If you want to get some rest, I suggest a nicer place. The walls are paper thin! You might as well be in the same room as the people beside you with how easily you can hear them. Very noisy place.

Pros: Quiet; convenient to where I needed to go; clean rooms. Cons: the bed frame in 214 is very shaky (rolling over causes the whole bed to sway); breakfast is blah (the trays are very hard to open because they are under a sneeze guard - I recommend removing the sneeze guard).

Breakfast included was a great feature! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The pool was pretty cold but otherwise the stay was great.
