I asked for housekeeping service and didn’t get the bedding changed. Reported to the front desk and still didn’t get it taken care of. Had to talk to the housekeeping manager to get it done. He was very nice and got the problem taken care of.

The second week of January my husband and I took a belated honeymoon. We were supposed to go up to Leavenworth, but we’re unable to do to the pass being closed the evening we flew in. We stayed at the Hyatt, and from now on be staying at the Hyatt when we go on trips. We had such a great experience for the night that we stayed. Carrie, the manager upgraded us to a suite after conversing and her hearing that we were on our honeymoon. She also gave us a complementary bottle of wine. We went to the restaurant that she recommended to us as well. It was wonderful! We were really bummed about our trip to the mountain not working out and having to figure out where to go last minute, but it ended up being the best part of our trip! Big thank you to Carrie for making our chaotic day, one of the most wonderful evenings. Highly recommend the Hyatt, especially this location!
