Luxury three-story new construction home centrally located near Seattle, SeaTac International Airport, Bellevue, & major cities! Plenty of space to prepare fresh meals on a gas stove with granite marble tops while taking in sun rays from the balcony view! You won't run out of room for great company on the extra large sofa & love seat! Cap your night off together with a movie on a 75 inch smart TV! The memory foam mattresses in every bed will make it very hard to leave!

Additional rules

STRICT NO PARTY POLICY!
Do not park on the street. You may only park in the garage or driveway.
NO SHOES in the house at any time. I provide a shoe mat where guests may leave their shoes. We try to keep the house clean for all guests. Any signs of shoes in the house will result in an additional cleaning fee.
For make-up removal do not use the white towels. I provide black facial towels found in all the bathrooms.
If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
Please be respectful to our neighbors.
$100 per pet
Only Toilet tissue should be flushed down the toilet.
Please be respectful of our neighbors.
No smoking inside the house. Please keep smoking in the backyard. This will result in an additional fee if any odor is detected.

Excellent place for my family’s vacation

The owner (Host) is very nice and helpful. This place provided anything we needed during the time my family is there. Nice, new well-organized home for large group

We enjoyed the accommodations very much. The home is large with a spacious kitchen, dining and living room area. The rooms were all large and the beds comfy. It was quite warm, but floor fans were provided in each room. We were gathered from around the country for a funeral and we were able to use and enjoy the space well. Thank you.

Beautiful home quiet neighborhood

I was traveling for work with colleagues. I selected this home because of the location, number of bedrooms/bathrooms and it looked like a place we could relax in. It was a perfect place. Fantastic Home!

This home is beautiful, it's well furnished and very comfortable! Large home, we were a group of 10, including 4 teenagers, and there was more than enough room. Everything you need is there and Eric is a great host! Answers messages within a few minutes and is very accommodating. Will rent again!

Beautiful home

Every TV was in almost every room! We had a little bit of problem getting the TVs going at first but it’s a wonderful house it’s beautiful it’s peaceful! And the host is very good with responding to messages.
