The convenience was so nice and the location gets an A+. The only thing I would have to add is that it was so incredibly hot in the room that we had to open all the windows and put their portable AC to where it would blow under the covers. Despite it being cold outside I was sweating the whole night.

Super close to Pike Place (across the street!). It was nice to have a mini kitchen to eat breakfast. It’s an older building, but the rooms were clean. One small elevator, worked the entire time! Good value choice.

perfect for our family stay

Nice place close to the Pike Place Market. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Nearby parking was easy and the Staff was so exceptionally helpful and friendly. Very welcoming. Special thanks to Nazra for being so friendly.and personable. There is an old world charm to this historic hotel but all the in room ammenities were up to date. could have easily stayed longer.

Absolutely fantastic location! Worth every cent!

Property was amazing! Loved the one bedroom apartment layout. Made me feel like I was living in the city. The location is absolutely ideal. A one minute walk to Pike's Market and easy access (maybe 5-7 minute) walk to public transit to connect to SeaTac. The room was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Just as a heads up, some rooms have an interior, courtyard only view, but that didn't bother me at all. Would absolutely stay here again.

Terrible place

I arrived after my cruise prepared to spend time in the Market area. This was the only reason I booked this place. AFTER checking me in the so-called manager mentioned that the ONE elevator was not working. They offered to get my luggage to the 4th floor room. I told her she'd have to cancel the reservation because of disability issues that wouldn't allow me to climb four flights of stairs. She refused. She cited policy. I will be in touch with her corporate office AND the local, state, and federal agencies who exist to protect the rights of the disabled. STAY AWAY!!!

Location & staff great then a let down

Location and staff were great after that everything fell short. Blinds broken and not effective, tv not working at times, bathroom missing hooks and shelf space and poor internet. The only elevator was broken for days (gave a heads up) and only repaired just before we arrived. We found out it was working upon arrival.

I loved this property- it was like having my own studio apt in downtown Seattle for the night. Walking distance to Pike Place Market. A very short walk from the Westlake light rail station meant no expensive Uber needed from the airport. Friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again!

Walls are so thin. Hard to sleep when you hear conversations from the neighbors. Bad layout of room. The oven hood was a hazard and painful. Place was very clean though.

Conveniently located to the pier. Room was great, but did not realize there was no A/C in rooms. Being from central US we forget not everyone has it. We were able to open all the windows to cool it off before bed. The entrance to hotel is a little strange. It's basically a long hallway with the end holding hotel staff. The elevator right next to it. Only room for a couple people and luggage. Hotel check in is not till 4pm, so plan accordingly if you arrive early. Hotel staff was friendly. If you stay within certain blocks the area appears safe. We were not out after dark. After leaving the Market, went over one block to many and area did no feel as safe. Many closed store fronts and people loitering around.
