Room was so dirty and not at all what I had requested and been assured of. Staff ? Front desk could care less...the shuttle driver that took us to the airport was GREAT...he was so helpful !

Room was filthy...stains on carpet, bathroom floor spotty, found a chain link imbedded in carpet ! Made original reservation requesting accessible room, explained husband uses walker and cannot walk distance so close as possible please...called direct to verify..2nd floor off elevator CLEAR TO THE END OF THE HALLWAY after I had been assured of close to lobby room. I had to help him get there. We had a reservation made to stay on our return home...the first thing we have done is find another hotel, booked, and Red Roof cancelled. Never again.

This a good one night hotel to catch a plane the next morning. Eat before you get here. Staff are nice and friendly. Simple and the cost is inexpensive.

Older hotel but well kept. Really close to airport and car rental drop off. Made it a breeze going to airport. A few local restaurants and convenient stores walking distance.

The best thing about our stay was the location. Otherwise we were not impressed. Took 20 minutes for the shuttle to get to the airport, staff wasn't very friendly, and the pillows felt like cardboard. Thankfully, I had a neck pillow for flying to use as a pillow. Overall, it got the job done and was clean.

I'm not real sure who is reviewing this hotel but it was absolutely disgusting. We didn't even make it into our room before we canceled the reservations it was dirty it was smelly. We were told by the staff that we would be able to leave our luggage there while we ventured out to Seattle and when we got there all the luggage was behind the front desk and they told us that they ran out of room and that we could take a picture of our luggage before we left. Yes that's unacceptable. I went to use the bathroom downstairs and it was so gross that I said we are not staying here. This is not a clean place. Cigarette butts all outside the entrance. The smell of urine outside the entrance was just gross. It was just all around smelly, musty and dirty. We had to get a new room at a different Hotel which ended up being amazing for the same exact price. Holiday Inn Express. I am a big reviewer and really go by reviews and cannot believe that almost 4,000 people have a good review. Something questionable

Run down property, poor service

Disappointing stay from beginning to end. The shuttle driver was the only one with any modicum of customer service skill. Place us run down. Theres no amenities (i did not expect any) but they charge $100 a day deposit as if there was anything to charge. Just a scam to hold your money to make interest. The people behind the desk were mostly detached. They definitely let you know you were in a budget establishment the entire time you are there. Floor was sticky. Bathroom had some hair. Won't be back.
