Ironing board was broken, outlets in restroom were not lit, night light on one of the queen beds not operable. Hot water station had remnances of what seemed really old tea leaves of some sort, seed sized. Older gentleman working midnight shift bad attitude toward a guest doing late night check in

I was very disappointed in this place. Facilities are nice... BUT i expected a lot more based upon previous Marriott visits. Restaurant & bar were closed on weekends... in the middle of downtown Seattle. Seriously? Staff was polite, but stretched thin. Made numerous mistakes in billing. I was billed for internet , even though I am a Marriott rewards member. My daughter was billed for parking ( I had already apid for it) and her room was charged for incidentals she did not order. Next time I will stay at the Hyatt around the corner,

Merlinda at the front desk was so friendly & helpful. Our room was immaculate & very comfortable & quiet. My family had a very restful night. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our mini meals & snack items. I was very impressed with this property & would highly recommend.
