There was no hot water in the shower. Barely luke warm. I let it run for 10 minutes. Had to shower and get to a ferry. When I was leaving the hotel that morning I stopped at the front desk and no one was there. I couldn’t wait around. The next morning I remembered hoping it was a fluke. Nope. Same. Told the front desk at that point. They said they would take a look. Total bummer.

I just love this Hotel! This is the second time I have stayed here. It’s in a great location, the staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and like family. The rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet for being in the middle of the city! Just awesome!
