Spacious living space

We are very devoted to make sure that our guests can have the best experience with our private entry newly updated one bedroom living space . We are still working on improvements and bettering outside area. This in-law unit enjoys complete privacy and tranquility from the owners' adjacent home on the same property. You can either park your car in the garage or drive way. It is 4 miles away from Kirkland downtown, 16 miles to Seattle downtown. The house itself is located close to public transit and shopping mall, where you can find TradeJoe's and Northstrom Rack. It is actually walking distance to the mall and Transit.
We change bedding color from time to time.

Our guest enjoyed staying at this apartment. He said he slept very well, it had everything he needed, and was very clean. Marie worked hard to correct an error in booking and we really appreciated her efforts. I would gladly book this place again.

3 Night Stay

This property was great in many ways especially the location which is close to where our son and grandkids live. If I was to go a bit deeper in my review, I would like to say that having the owners right above our bedroom was a bit noisy at times. That caused a little disruption in our sleep for a couple nights. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. Thank you.

Great Location

Lots of space to spread out and relax. Comfortable bed, plenty of natural light, and great kitchen. The location is just off 405, so convenient to shopping, hiking, and other fun things in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The hosts were friendly and delightful to meet. We would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

Lovely place, lots of space and everything we need in a quiet location for us. Great kitchen. Cool even in summer without much AC needed since on lower floor, but with plenty of light. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, with the privacy as if it was your own place.

Exactly as shown, convenient location

My husband and I spent a long weekend at this rental to attend a wedding. It was perfect for what we needed, well equipped, comfortable, close to lots of restaurants. Nice hosts, no complaints. Appreciated the stock of k cups and keurig after a long trip from the east coast.

This is a perfect property if you’re going to Chateau, Ste. Michelle for a concert or if you’re just in the area for a stay, it’s pretty centrally located, and you have access to all kinds of shopping.
