We travel a lot and are particular about hotels and Heathman is hands down one of the best ever. Very clean, incredibly nice staff, spacious, comfortable, nice bathrooms, beds and super convenient for nice shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location of Kirkland. Walkability to all of downtown was excellent. Staff was very friendly and rooms very comfortable. Definitely will choose this hotel again.

Walkable location with good access to restaurants.

The hotel was nice and stylishly decorated. We got upgraded to suite which was very nice. It made our room very spacious. Keep in mind that this hotel only has valet parking. Call ahead for fees per night. For me, the inconvenience was tipping the valet each time they brough the car around. Most of the time, we don't carry cash in the right denominations.

This would be a five because the hotel was nice, clean, modern, and in a great location. The reason I don’t rate at five is because the refrigerator in the room did not have an ice compartment. Sorry, but I would like to be able to at least keep an ice pack cold in my room. Also, there were no ice dispensers in the hotel and in my opinion dispensers are required, no debate necessary.
