We had a great stay while in town of the king tides. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had breakfast at the biscuit company that is right there on the property and it was excellent!! Very walkable into town to the brewery or for dinner. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!!

Parking was great. Definitely pet friendly. We arrived after hours and check in was easy. Also don’t let Seaview confuse you, you are really just 1/2 a mile from Long Beach. Loved this quaint place.

The room was clean and the staff communicated well. The check in and put process was flawless. The unit wasn't very well ventilated however and there was moisture buildup inside in the morning.

Like very much the pet-friendly space, clean and located with lots of walking areas present. An excellent use of very limited space. One hope for future "fixes" would be to swap out the over-loud vent fans for low-sone type or separate them from the light circuits.

Very easy to access, designated parking spot in front of cottages. Very clean, and comfortable rooms, incredible staff. I asked to check in early, so i could change for a wedding i was in town for. Mgr(Rick? Went out of his way to accommodate me, called me few hrs before to let me know. Highly recommended this gem

The cottages don't look like much from the outside, and they are not right next to or on the beach, but the cottages are really nice and very clean in the inside. In addition, the beds were comfortable, the room was warm and quiet after-hours check-in was super easy with a key code sent to my phone after a courtesy call from the desk before they closed. There is a breakfast restaurant just in front with a discount for guest. Check out was easy too, with a super friendly gentleman at the desk. They even have a nice little gift shop in the office too.
