Guest Access:
Guests will receive a keyless entry code on the day of arrival prior to check-in. Each unique door code is only active for the duration of your stay. You’ll have access to the entire home and fenced-in yard during your stay, minus two private owner closets in the primary bathroom and one laundry cabinet in the laundry room.
**Please note that there is a guesthouse on the same property which is completely separate from the main house and backyard, which is rented separately with access through the gate on the right side of the house.
** Also, please note that as there are stairs throughout the home, which may not be suitable for small children, limited mobility, or elderly.

Sedona Blue Getaway is located in the heart of West Sedona, in a safe and quiet neighborhood right off the main road, across the street from Whole Foods and other neighborhood conveniences. The location is super convenient for exploring Sedona and is within walking distance of nearby restaurants. It’s also close to grocery stores, shopping, and trails.
While you’re visiting the area, be sure to explore its award-winning restaurants, wineries, galleries, golf courses, spas, and renowned hiking and biking trails. Whether it’s relaxation or adventure you’re seeking (or a little bit of both), Sedona has so much to discover!

House Rules:
1. You must be 25+ to book this property
2. No smoking allowed. Evidence of smoking inside of the house will result in a $1000 charge
3. No Pets - $1000 fine
4. No Parties, large gatherings, or events allowed
5. No tampering, covering, or disabling of security cameras or wifi on the property
6. No buses, RVs, ATV’s/UTV's, trailers, or commercial vehicles
7. Will need to complete our rental agreement and complete an ID Verification and required sex offender background check through Truvi no later than 48 hours before check-in
8. Guests agree to contact host with any concern and give host the opportunity to correct them
Important Information on Booking:
We are committed to protecting our properties and staying up-to-date with Sedona’s short-term rental regulations. As part of this and disclosed in our house rules prior to booking, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and complete an independent ID verification and sex offender background check through our third party vender Truvi. Once the rental agreement is signed, Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with instructions to complete the verification process. Please do so 48 hours prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Security Cameras:
For your safety and security, four outdoor security cameras are installed on the property. One is located on the left-side fence of the main house facing the parking and street, another on the right-side of the fence facing the parking and street, a third faces the main house front door, and the fourth is positioned near the second gate of the guesthouse. There are no cameras in the private spaces inside or in the private backyard areas. While these cameras are not actively monitored, they do continuously record both audio and video, 24/7. We take your privacy seriously and ask that you do not tamper with, cover, or disable any security cameras or the Wi-Fi system.
WiFi: This home has the best WiFi available in Sedona; however, internet speed and service in Sedona aren’t generally as fast and reliable as in major cities. While we don’t typically have any issues, we do want to let you know in case that might impact your trip.
Pests: Please note that due to its location in the desert, we have occasional visits from critters (insects, rodents, etc.). We have regular pest control, but please keep doors and windows closed to prevent unwanted guests.
Maintenance: Our property receives regular maintenance to keep everything in top condition. Gardeners visit for weekly landscaping on Mondays, and our hot tub undergoes routine servicing the same day. If you are staying on a Monday, please be aware that our hot tub technician and gardeners will access the backyard during the day for maintenance. Trash collection also takes place on Mondays. Our concierge service will bring the trash cans from behind the fence to the street and return them once collection is complete. If any additional property maintenance (such as pest control or specialized landscaping) is scheduled during your stay, we will always do our best to provide advance notice and request permission before entering the property.
One last thing – even though we are on city sewer, flushing anything but toilet paper may cause damage, for which you will be responsible.
