Best neighborhood in West Sedona

The house is very clean and our host responded promptly when we reach out with questions. We enjoyed sipping coffee in the living room looking out to the mountains every morning, used the grill and went on hikes daily. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and will return to Sedona in the future.

This house served as a great home base for exploring Sedona proper and the surrounding area. The size was small plenty for the four of us. Not overly fancy but nice and well maintained. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again.

We had travelled from Glacier National Park to Yellowstone to Rocky Mountain National Park to Black Canyon and then we hit most of the Canyon Land Parks. Our last 3 days were in Sedona. Amazing home that had everything you need for a great vacation! I highly recommend this property! The only downside is the outside area has lots of mosquitoes! So be prepared for that because they are relentless! Otherwise we had a really great stay!

Wonderful Accommodations

My husband and I truly enjoyed our visit in Sedona. The landscape views were gorgeous. The house lived up to our expectations. It’s located close to anything that we needed (grocery, restaurants, etc.) We didn’t do much hiking, but Traci provided a lot of information of places to explore nearby. We only used the master bedroom and I can say it was a very comfortable bed and a nice master bathroom. The other two beds looked just as comfortable. We loved the privacy of the backyard/deck and the hot tub. Traci was very responsive to our questions and a gracious host. We will definitely visit again.

Great experience in Sedona

Home was clean, spacious and quiet. Close to hikes and great dining options. Hot tub was a hit after hikes each day.

Fantastic Location

We had a great stay! The location is fantastic with a short walk to trails and a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub is great, kitchen is well stocked and labeled. The only issues we encountered were the fridge not getting cold when filled, which we communicated to the property manager and received a quick reply. The communication was fantastic before and during our stay. We also had to restart the router in order to get the internet to work, but we had no issues with it after doing so. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Girls night away

This was the perfect house for our night away! Traci's home is comfy, beautiful, with absolutley stunning views of the red rocks! There was every amenity you could need, it was perfectly stocked, comfy beds and a wonderful hottub! I would absolutely recommend & stay again!

Paradise

Staying at the property was fantastic. Everything was SO organized and clean. So many amenities. Loved the neighborhood and the fact that you could see so many stars at night while lounging in the hot tub. Will definitely recommend this to friends and hope to stay again with my friends!

Girl's Trip ✚

Perfect base camp for our weekend trip! Seamless check-in & check-out process with plenty of indoor/outdoor space to relax. Great location and the hot tub was fabulous after longs days of exploring!! Would totally recommend 👌
