Spectacular Red Rock Views from Gorgeous Pueblo-style Sedona Home with hot tub!


'Panoramic Heights' is a large (3000-square-foot), custom-built, luxury southwest (pueblo-style) house in a centrally-located area of West Sedona. The home was furnished and decorated with an elegant southwest theme including native American art. With 11-foot ceilings throughout, 'Panoramic Heights' is spacious and luxurious, with breathtakingly gorgeous, unobstructed, panoramic views of Sedona's famous red rock formations and mountains. The home has new carpet and tile, and kitchen and bathrooms have lovely tilework throughout.

Panoramic Heights has two bedroom wings (split floorplan), with a central living area (great room), with a hot tub under a gazebo off back patio. The home has all the amenities of a four-star resort, and is perfect for family reunions, special family occasions, or an intimate retreat for two.

Walls of windows with spectacular panoramic views - with the most famous red rock formations in Sedona: Thunder Mountain, Soldier's Pass, Chimney Rock, and Coffee Pot Rock. A short walk up the road from the home leads to one of the most scenic lookouts and trails in Sedona, as well as a vortex!

The gourmet kitchen has Sub-zero refrigerator, Jenn-Aire and GE appliances, and is fully-equipped for the gourmet cook.

All mattresses were recently replaced in 2024 (all are now Serta Perfect Sleeper, Sleep Excellence Pillowtop mattresses). The primary suite has a King bed, queen sleeper sofa, large bathroom with soaking tub and separate tiled shower, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. The primary suite opens to a private patio with fabulous red rock views. The other three bedrooms have a king bed, queen and twin, day bed and trundle. All beds have top-quality bedding, including high quality sheets and cozy down comforters.

The home is filled with books, music, and movies for your use. We also have two portable cribs, a highchair, toys, and children's videos, for your use!

We also have wireless, high-speed internet access for renters.

'Panoramic Heights' is walking distance to several gorgeous hiking trails (the popular Airport Lookout is just up the hill, with several trail options), and short drive (less than five minute) to most the red rock hiking trails in Sedona! Also walking or a short drive to shopping and galleries, gourmet restaurants, jeep tours, and two golf courses. This is truly a special home - perfect for your special vacation!

A really nice home, with spectacular views
 that listing photo is 100% accurate! Same view from the bed in the master bedroom. Lynn, the owner, was very responsive and proactive with communication. The home was very well equipped with all the basics (and more) you need for your stay. Was also very happy that there was minimal to do for checking out and cleaning. Very enjoyable stay and highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this home. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and it was clean, uncluttered, and very well organized. The layout was perfect for our large family and made spending time together easy and comfortable. The view from both inside and outside of the home was absolutely breathtaking.Communication was excellent, with clear instructions on how everything in the house worked and the rules to ensure a great weekend. We also really appreciated the list of the owner’s recommendations—especially the note about not taking young kids on the Airport Loop Trail. We were so glad we read that ahead of time.Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful place to stay. Everyone in our family absolutely loved it, and we would happily return.

Perfect Location!

Absolutely unforgettable stay!We had an incredible time at this beautiful home—it truly exceeded our expectations. The panoramic views from the living room and master bedroom were nothing short of breathtaking, and soaking in the hot tub while taking it all in was pure bliss. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of seven, with room to spread out and relax. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and private. We especially loved the easy access to stunning sunrise and sunset spots just a mile away. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

Breathtaking views of Red Rocks, within 10-minute drive to great restaurants and hikes, spacious, clean and very comfortable home with all supplies needed for an enjoyable vacation, responsive hosts. Amazing location, beautiful home

The home was amazing, everything we could have hoped for and more. Spacious layout with ample sleeping and lounge areas, perfect location. The host communicated early and often. We were able to get around town in rental cars and early flights were easy to catch in an Uber to Flagstaff. 10/10 would stay here again.

This home faces an amazing view which might be overshadowed only by the helpfulness of the host who has prepared information about directions from the Phoenix airport, favorite sites within a day’s reach, favorite family and upscale restaurants
..who could wont for more? Ah, the wildlife (think javelinas) that grace the neighborhood are a great additional touch. I have stayed at more than a few VRBOs and this one is at the very top of the list of amazing places.

quiet serenity in the middle of everything

This home is both extremely quiet with amazing red rock views and in an amazing location near the center of town. The windows and natural light are absolutely fantastic. This home is particularly well stocked with disposable items: laundry detergent, paper products, dishwasher detergent and kitchen cleaning supplies. The hot tub is great. We enjoyed the front patio seating/table to watch the sunset (this was a nice surprise b/c not in the photos). We would have preferred a higher quality mattress in the main bedroom and TVs with more modern connection types to watch downloaded/streaming movies. Overall, you will not be disappointed with this choice. Even our teenagers were impressed.

Red Rock Beauty

Outstanding panoramic views of Sedona's iconic red rock formations as you stand in the living room with huge windows. Gas fireplace, three bathrooms and four bedrooms make a comfortable retreat in this quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and gourmet restaurants, as well as preparing meals in the well appointed kitchen. Check out the Mesa Grill just up the road. This was our second stay, and we will be back!
