Located in the heart of West Sedona, the home is just a short stroll to the Thunder Mountain Trailhead, giving you access to some of Sedona’s most scenic hiking and biking trails—no car needed!

The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood near the base of Thunder Mountain, a highly sought-after location in West Sedona. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are just minutes away.

Please note: Sedona enforces a 10 PM quiet time ordinance to ensure peaceful evenings for all.
Having a car is the easiest way to get around. Uber is also available in Sedona. Public transportation is limited, but we do have a service available with LINKS transportation.

Please Note: There is a separate guest house on the property. Parking for the main two-bedroom home is located off the side street, Pastoral Drive. The private driveway leads directly to the front door and patio for easy access.
