Apartment recently renovated, located on the ground floor with private terrace in a quiet and secure residence (electric gate) with private parking space, bicycle storage and direct access to the beach.
It is located 100 meters from the ocean, in the heart of Seignosse le Penon, a 3-minute walk from the center of the resort.
It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its two sofa beds. In the main room there is a fitted and equipped kitchen, a flat screen TV, a dining area and a quality "dunlopillo" sofa bed. In the veranda a new sleeping area of type BZ 140 x 190. It is completed with a bathroom with shower cabin and plenty of storage.
A garden furniture allows you to enjoy the terrace.
During your rental we provide you with dishes and basic household appliances.
