FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Bayside Amenities Passes

The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additional fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

"Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring 
The home may have an Outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

It was great. The place was beautiful. The screened in porch was the favorite. It had everything you needed. For the future it would be nice if towels and sheets were supplied. Your cleaner’s need to be more observant for I found cheerios still under the furniture in the living room. But otherwise we enjoyed the house

Perfect Home for Family Thanksgiving

We hosted Thanksgiving dinner at this spacious and beautifully decorated house. The property is well maintained and immaculately clean. The kitchen is designed to provide for ease of movement, which allowed for several pairs of hands cooking at the same time. I especially appreciated the labels on the highly organized cabinets and drawers regarding their contents; no hunting around for pots and utensils that is typical of other vacation rentals. The appliances are fairly new and in good working order. My family will definitely keep this home at the top of our list for future family get-togethers.

Wonderful Vacation!

We truly enjoyed our time at Bayside. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. We especially appreciated the labeled light switches. Super clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the pools, and we all enjoyed the screened in porch. It felt like home!

The house exceeded my expectations and I travel frequently! It was beautiful, comfortable, and inviting. The community was great and tranquil. There was so much to do in the surrounding area including the beach, miniature golfing, shopping, restaurants, etc. Everything was so convenient. Great House, Great Experience

We have rented in Bayside for the past 4 summers (and some winter getaways as well). Love the community and this house was perfect for us and the family we went with (8 total people, 4 adults and 4 children between 5-9 years old). The house is clean, well maintained, well stocked, is a perfect layout for a beach house, and Steve the manager couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. It was by far the best experience I have had with a vacation home manager. We highly recommend this rental and will be back next year!

Simply happy

Pictures of house did not do it justice. Clean, modern and spacious home that also offered areas of privacy. Location is perfect for accessibility to beach, shops and stores. Community is extremely well kept and you truly feel you are in a resort. It is a big community and takes a little to learn where everything is, but well worth the adventure. Kids and parents alike agreed we would love to stay here again. Great vacation when everyone is happy!

A+ Property and Owner!

Our stay was excellent. The owners are very responsive and and courteous. The property itself was in excellent condition and very well maintained. Updated and spacious. We enjoyed the pool everyday and went crabbing and kayaking. The beach is a 7 minute drive. We stayed with two families totaling 7 people. I would certainly stay at the property again would highly recommend. The only gripe if you can call it that is that were is no K-Cup coffee maker. Cheers!

Returning to Bayside for our 6th season. 6 adults & 5 children. Bayside has a lot to offer.

The house was beautiful with plenty of living space! One bed Rm tucked upstairs with a private bathroom it was a nice retreat for our son, wife and 4 month old baby. Our 3 other grandchildren were comfortable in the room on first floor with bunk beds and one single. (Only down fall was the 4th bed room is actually a den with a sleeper sofa... mattress is very thin... we brought a mattress topper making it some better.. would be fine for kids but not recommended for adults ... which we had) our daughter & son in law used this Rm because it was close to their 3 children, and these two rooms shared a full bathroom. My husband & I shared the King Rm which was beautiful! We shared the huge closet with our 1 yr old grandson... who sleeps better in the dark. This room also had a huge bathroom with double showers... our daughter joked she could bath all 4 children at the same time haha. Over all we had an awesome time. Unfortunately that 4th bed Rm didn’t have a bed or it would have been perfect. The shuttle to the beach was handy and our kids love the different pools! My husband & I enjoy riding bikes to near by veggie markets and riding to Blue Scoops several night for a kids size ice cream cone (4-7p.m. Special $1.50) portion size perfect. Steve Gilbert was very helpful when renting and answering questions. Also one of our grandkids needed a doctor ( double ear infections & strep) and Steve was very helpful giving us information for several local doctors. Over all we would definitely rate our stay as a positive one.

Perfect home for a family vacation!

We couldn’t have asked for a better home and community for a family vacation. We had two families stay in the house with 4 children under the age of 6. Accommodations were perfect for both families and the resort itself had wonderful amenities. We plan to visit Bayside and stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this Bayside home. The home was clean and bright and open. It was large enough to sleep our 3 families, yet open enough for us all to spend time together! Every dinner was cooked in the home with all the necessary cookware/utensils stocked in the many cabinets and storage areas. We purchased guest rec passes, which I would recommend in case of bad weather days. The pool was lovely and never busy. The fitness center was clean and open. The walking trails and common areas were beautiful. I hesitate to give 5 stars only because of the location. It's a bit off the beaten path and the surrounding areas are very rural. Other than the Harris Teeter located within the community, there are not many options for shopping, if you forget to pack something like a bathing suit or towels. Wal-mart was a 20 minute drive one-way. One small thing I would suggest for warm weather months are a few extra small fans in the bedrooms (we personally looked for them to add some white noise). Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again!

What a Wonderful Vacation Rental

Our family spent the 2017 Christmas vacation at the resort home. This home has everything you need. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Fenwick Island, Salisbury (MD), or Ocean City; short drive to all of those locations. The layout was perfect. It was spacious enough for 6 to 8 guests. There was a grocery store down the street and a locally famous BBQ joint not 15 minutes away. You only need to pack a suitcase, food (kitchen utensils provided), and bed linens (blankets and pillows provided). The gas grill was easy to operate; perfect for grilling tasty beer brats and Angus burgers. There were very few concerns: 1. No garage door remote. 2. The grill was dirty. 3. The recycling bin was already full. Those were minor issues that didn't affect the overall quality of the home. The neighborhood was peaceful - this may change during the spring/summer seasons. We highly recommend this rental.

Luxury awaits in this beautiful home!

Thank-you for an amazing stay at Bayside Resort. From the moment we stepped in the door, we knew we would have a wonderful vacation. This spacious home is absolutely lovely and decorated beautifully. Truly a model home. We enjoyed all that Bayside has to offer and only wished that our stay was longer. Steve Gilbert, the property manager could not have been more helpful and responsive. We are already planning our return trip!
