Bayside is a growing community and there is construction nearby.
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We stay in this pet friendly rental often when in Selbyville DE. Thankfully the rental was cleaned at check in! Only a few minor issues that were relayed to the management company. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed. We were able to use the indoor pool. We definitely will rent again.

Pretty house

The house is quite nice, pretty decor, clean, well stocked and comfortable for a family and dog. It is far away from the resort's amenities for which we paid extra but didn't use. The property is managed by a third party that does the bare minimum. Towels stored still in their plastic from the laundry, skimpy soaps/shampoo (had to hunt for them), barely enough toilet paper, etc. mint the end of the world, but expected more from a luxury resort listing. VRBO should note when the property is managed through a third party which I had to sign extra paperwork for.

We have stayed multiple times in this pet friendly rental and unfortunately for us when checked in the rental had not been cleaned! I spent 2.5 hours with management company trying to get a housekeeper to come and clean. Finally a Spanish speaking lady came but we had to translate in order to communicate. Melissa reimbursed us for the cleaning and for aunt traps as there were aunts especially upstairs. We are scheduled to come in September. Hopefully the unit will be thoroughly cleaned. The community is nice to include the amenities.

Spacious and Well-Appointed

We had a great time staying at this large and comfortable duplex. There are many TV's that have both cable and streaming capability. The appliances are new and impressive. It is in close proximity to the grocery store and many restaurants, as well as beautiful beaches. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed the use of the Bayside gym and indoor pool, which we paid for in advance, but for us they were definitely worth it. I certainly recommend this location to others!

Go to Beach House

We rent this house every time we stay in Bayside. It’s pet friendly, well stocked, close to amenities, close to grocery store, comfortable furniture in living room and a very nice community! We definitely will be back in 2025! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Beautiful Beach Home

This is our second stay in this beautiful pet-friendly home. It is stocked well and in a good location. The amenities were A++. A few minor issues: the dishes in dishwasher were not put away upon our arrival; dirty dishes were in cabinet; dried up dog pee was not cleaned up on carpet and couch; light under stove needs replacing; ceiling fan in kitchen needs dusting; bed upstairs needs new mattress; TV in living room was tricky to turn on; and wall behind chair in living room needs repair as it looks like chair hit the wall. Again, these minor issues are being addressed in hopes the homeowner sees. I did report these minor issues to Vacasa. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home! Dog friendly!

We always love staying in the Bayside Community & this home was perfect for us. Access to the amenities but not in the thick of the community. Love that the home is pet friendly! Beautiful interior, everything you need to enjoy a weekend or longer. Will definitely rent this property again.
