Mallard Lakes Waterfront Beach Condo in Fenwick Island with Two Pools

This unit is family owned and includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half-bath, private outside shower, and sleeps 6. The entire unit was recently renovated including LVP and tile flooring throughout, an updated kitchen with new dishwasher, new furniture, and light fixtures, etc.!
Located on a private island within the Mallard Lakes Community, this is the perfect spot for a family vacation! Enjoy this comfortable, quiet, lake front townhome in a beautiful community offering 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, docks for fishing, canoeing or kayaking, sand volleyball, basketball, and 2 playgrounds.
Unit 262 is a short drive to Maryland and Delaware beaches, the boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping. This property has been renovated with guests in mind and provides you with a well-equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen and a bunk bed. An air mattress is available for use in the main living area. To accommodate our youngest guests, a pack-n-play is available.
Free WiFi is included during your stay. Two smart televisions are located in the main living area and master bedroom. The screened-in back porch overlooks a bird sanctuary and beautiful views of the lake. We have two assigned parking spaces at the front of the unit. There are unmarked spots nearby for additional parking. Prior to your arrival and after your departure, the unit is professionally cleaned. Check-in is 4PM and Check-out is 11AM.
No Pets. No Smoking. Renters must be 25 years or older. If special accommodations are needed, feel free to contact us.

Very convenient to beach and loved the complex. My 3 yo grandson loved the pool and playgrounds. The items left in shed to borrow were greatly appreciated. Biggest issue was keypad sensitivity and at times challenge to log in. Also noted fan in freezer very loud. Back porch was perfect for early morning bird watching. Thanks

A cozy “home away from home!”

This is a beautiful condo, with a tranquil view, plenty of space and amenities (pool/tennis/basketball). It’s in a perfect location, and very close to Bethany and Ocean City. We had a few minor issues, but overall it is a great condo! Note to renters: You are required to bring your own bath towels, wash cloths and sheets/pillow cases for the beds. Also, the bedspreads and kitchen hand towels are provided. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated.

Soccer Weekend

In the area for our grandson’s soccer tournament. The house at Mallard Lakes was in a perfect location for this event. The house was very comfortable and clean. We were very busy but carved out some time to sit on the back porch and enjoy the wildlife on the lakes. Great stay!

We had a beautiful 4 day stay at this super clean, beautifully redecorated condo. It’s 15 min to Bethany Beach, and 3 min from fenwick which was magical. Great restaurants near by. Food lion, Walgreens and a farmers market up the street. Neighborhood was safe, quiet and the condo is on a beautiful lake. Thank you again!
