This fabulous villa is located in the Bayside Resort Community and within a short walk to the main Sunridge recreational complex. The Sunridge complex includes two large pools with poolside Tiki bar, splash zone, fitness facility, playground, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts. Bayside resort activity passes for the use of the amenities (eg pools, fitness center, kayaks, etc) are extra. See rental agreement for these optional but recommended activity passes for pricing and details. Linen service is now included with all rentals.

Bayside resort is located 3 miles from the beaches of Fenwick Island, DE and Ocean City, MD, Bayside offers easy access to all the fun of the beach, while at the same time, offering an escape from the crowds and congestion that come with it.

Our end unit villa includes lots of upgrades which makes it feel like home. It has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 1 car garage. The villa has all new flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is freshly painted.

The first floor open layout is great for entertaining with modern kitchen, dining area, great room with fireplace and large 60" SMART HDTV with Bose Surround Sound Theater System, and screened back porch. The first floor also has a master bedroom (1 king) and second bedroom (king) with upgraded tile bathrooms and large showers. The upstairs loft has its own large 47' flat screen TV which is another separate entertainment area for adults or children. The upstairs has one bedroom with own bathroom (queen), and two bedrooms that share a jack and jill bathroom (queen + twin in one room, and bunk bed in other room (full + twin)). The upstairs loft also has a double sleeper sofa.

The Bayside community includes 'The Point', which sits on the bay overlooking Ocean City. The point features a boat and fishing dock, complimentary kayaks and canoes throughout the Summer (with activity pass), a pier, and a nature trail with plenty of wildlife to enjoy.

Bayside's Jack Nicklaus Golf Course was ranked Delaware's best public access course. Bayside also boasts the huge SunRidge Tennis & Recreation Center with 2 Large Pool, Kid's Splash Zone, 20-person Hot tub, Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Playground, Basketball, Snack Bar, Picnic Area, and Game Room.

In addition, the Bayside Commons Area pool complex features a 3650sq ft. free form pool, a 550sq ft. kiddie pool, and a 6500 sq ft. playground. The complex also includes a building with changing rooms, showers and a snack bar.
