Villa Lokanjac offers space for up to 4 people and is located just 600 m from the centre of Selca, where you will find restaurants, cafés and bars. The sea and beach are approximately 1 km away.



The house is built from typical Brač stone and enjoys an excellent sunny location, terraces and a large garden with an inviting pool. The impressive view of the lush greenery of the island and the Adriatic Sea provides a truly relaxing holiday.



With 160 sqm of living space, an 800 sqm garden, swimming pool, terraces and parking spaces for several cars, the villa extends over two storeys, each with separate access. The facilities include WiFi, satellite TV and air conditioning in all rooms.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine. In addition, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, direct access to the large terrace, pool and garden.



On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and access to the terrace with seating.

Both terraces offer a breathtaking view of the sea, the islands of Hvar and Pelješac as well as the Biokovo mountains on the mainland. The pool area with sun loungers and parasols invites you to linger. Next to the terrace there is also a large brick-built barbecue.



The villa is located above Sumartin, on the outskirts of Selca. Nearby there are some restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities that can be reached on foot in 600 m.



Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs, up to 25kg weight, surcharge €7 per day, per dog)
