A great boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes of walk to the St. John Basilica ruins and the Ephesus Museum. The nice restaurant of Mekan Sofas just around the corner. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The manager made arrangement for our airport transfer in the early morning. The included breakfast is amazing with multiple Turkish meat, cheese, olive, fruits and deserts. The pool is also a great relief in the hot August afternoon. The whole property is just idyllic.

We had a lovely stay at Livia Gardens Hotel. The service was exceptional and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved using the pool during the heat of the day and really loved the location in the old part of Selcuk.

wonderful location, staff, pool. MASSIVE breakfast each morning, way more that we could manage as a family. Heaps of great restaurants nearby, short walk to major sites and museum and a short drive to Ephesus / House of Mary etc.. 100% recommend staying here, it's lovely.

We had such a wonderful stay at Terra Cave Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with charming details that made it feel extra special. One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace, where we enjoyed stunning views of the hot air balloons floating over Cappadocia at sunrise. Truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Eram and his team are wonderful. We had a fabulous nice sized room above the office, with a view out to the pool- loved it! Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, great breakfast. We only wished we could have stayed longer - what an incredible area. Ephesus and St John’s Basilica are must sees in Turkey. Hopefully we’ll be back, it was that good!

The Livia Garden Hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived until the day we left we were treated like royalty. The service was excellent and the breakfasts were truly epic! The rooms were spotlessly clean, well appointed and very comfortable; the garden was a lovely spot to rest and have a glass of something in the shade or at the end of the day. The location was perfect for us to explore Ephesus and the rest of the area - the local bus service was great, nearby and very easy to use. Erdem and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional and made us feel so welcome; they were a great source of information about local restaurants and places of interest. They were also really helpful in arranging the airport transfers and taxis when we needed them. They also kindly allowed us to keep one of our rooms for a late checkout as we had a late flight and really looked after us. This was our first visit to Turkey and I genuinely can't think of anything negative to say about our stay - I am very happy to recommend the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and charming. The staff was amazing, in particular the man at the reception during the day. He helped us organize our visits to the historic places and was always very helpful! Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Selcuk.
