Sympathique maison de campagne, bien située (à proximité du zoo de Beauval ou des chateaux de la Loire et correctement équipée. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Léger bémol sur la propreté (mais rien de rédhibitoire) et l'éclairage,parfois insuffisant.
