Historic and exclusive housing in the Serra de Tramuntana

Located in the Serra de Tramuntana, which Unesco declared World Heritage in 2011, the town offers a haven of peace between pine trees, carob trees and ancient olive trees. Being at a higher point, from the farm you can enjoy wonderful views of the town of Selva.

The villa, renovated over the years, has nine double bedrooms - one of them for service - six bathrooms and a toilet. In addition, there are various areas and rooms for disparate purposes; Among them, there is a Mallorcan stately dining room and a lavish lounge. On the other hand, the majestic entrance, adorned with countless decorative elements of incalculable historical value and crowned by a formidable staircase, acts as a distributor to access the different rooms.

Ein traumhaftes Schloss über den Dächern von Selva mit einem berauschendem Weitblick in die Natur

Ich habe mit meinen Gästen eine einmalig faszinierende Woche in diesem grosszügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus verbracht. Die gesammelten Kunstwerke des Besitzer waren sehr stilvoll platziert und liessen uns täglich neu staunen und bewundern. Die etwas abenteuerliche Fahrt zum Haus (sehr enge Strassen) war nach der Ankunft sofort vergessen. Der Pool, die 3 grossen Terassen, der grosse Wintergarten..... boten sehr viel Raum für Individualität auch für grössere Gruppen. Für offene Fragen stand uns der innewohnende Hauswart (Einliegerwohnung)täglich zur Verfügung. Vielen herzlichen Dank an ihn!! Der jungen Immobilienvermietung wünsche ich in Zukunft Mut zur Kommunikation! Ich hätte mir im Vorfeld einen offeneren und informativeren Austausch gewünscht. So mussten wir leider mit etwas Herzklopfen anreisen. Aber schlussendlich erfüllten sich alle unsere Erwartungen. Das Haus gibt es wirklich so, wie ich es im Internet gefunden habe! Es war ein Traum, diese Woche mit all meine Lieben zusammen zu verbringen. Die Bilder sind fest in meinem Kopf und ich bin sicher, dass ich sehr gern wiederkommen möchte. Vielen herzlichen Dank!!!!!
