Very private Lakehouse rental

This unique place has a style all its own on a large 1 acre lot on beautiful Buckhorn Lake. Enjoy 240’ of western exposure waterfront. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Large gazebo on the lake with a sandy beach. 48’ dock to park your boat on. This place is very private. We are on the Trent Severn waterway: boat down the locks or stay on Buckhorn, Chemong and Pigeon without having to go through locks. Boat to the towns of Bridgenorth, Buckhorn & Bobcaygeon. Enjoy the sand bar on Pigeon Lake.

Lots of room for fun! This 2900sq house on 1 acre property. One of the cleanest waterfronts on Buckhorn Lake. It is the perfect place to enjoy the waterfront with friend and family. Waterfront has a sandy beach entry to the lake along with a 48’ dock.

The space:

The water
This two story house has 6 walk outs to the lake. There is a large 24x16’ gazebo at the dock and a 12x12’ gazebo hut, bar fridge with a Traeger smoker available. There is a Natural Gas BBQ located off the kitchen on the balcony. There is an outdoor fire pit. Wood is not provided. Four kayaks are included, two kids sized and two adult sized. life jackets are not provided. Outdoor furniture is set up in numerous places.

Lower Level
There is two bedrooms located on the lower level along with a bathroom. BThe bathroom has direct access from the lake. A sunroom with TV.

Upper level
Master bedroom is located on the upper level with a private ensuite. King size bed. Full kitchen & family as well. Family room has a wonderful porcelain fireplace with a 60’ TVoth bedrooms have a queen size bed.

This property is two houses in one. Each house is completely blocked off from one another. The hosts do live in the other side but are completely motivated to leaving your time at this location private to you.

The hot tub is open from 7am and closes 11:00pm.

No party’s or weddings are allowed.

Do not exceed the number of guests signed into the property.

The house does not have a back up generator on site. We cannot be held for responsibility for Mother Nature and power outages.
