Difficulty getting supplies and service

Coffee Mugs were not cleaned daily and a replacement was not initially provided. Had to bring own toilet tissue. Room Cleaning stops at certain time of the day.

Give it a miss

Located beside a busy elevated road on a 5 way crossing with an ugly grimy road view and no grounds, courtyards. It is a crappy airport hotel with no lounge or restaurant. There is no where to sit or go aside from your room. It has a glass smoking room in the lobby that wafts smoke into the foyer Incompetent staff that are unable to book a taxi

Bad connection to Wifi and incredibly bad service

I could not connect to Wifi so I called reception to come and check but they never came. So I went to reception myself and explained them for the second time. They looked at me talked to me like this fk'in tourist don't know how to connect Wifi. They finally sent mechanic and found out the router infront of my room was broken. I did not got apology or nothing. I will never stay this hotel again.
