Very friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable room.
Lots of bottled water.
Only thing I'd change is the endless loud pop music playing by the pool - didn't fit the age bracket of most of the people who were lying by the pool.

We loved the location of this hotel. It is close to bars, restaurants and shopping. It is a 10 minute walk to the beaches. Despite it's proximity to everything, it was not noisy at all.

Great Hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights. It is very well located with a short walk to Seminyak Square. The staff is lovely! Will def stay here again

The staff overall could not have been more helpful. The manager Harry was fantastic, gave us honest helpful tips everyday, arrange scooter and other things for us.
