Great place

We had 2 connecting rooms and it was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The pools were amazing the included breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel. Plenty of options for our kids who are picky eaters. The staff were super friendly and Hendra and Bagus were very helpful. No issues with noise like others have mentioned. We did hear frogs and birds.

Stayed in a Premium room, so had access to the quieter pools at the rear of the complex. Great location, just 5 min walk to the beach.. Road at the front of hotel is very busy, but we loved seeing the bustling street life.. everything at our doorstep. Highly recommend.

We stayed in one of the Suites, very spacious good layout! Bathroom needs a really good makeover! Tiles/Sinks stained! Sealing black and moulding! Same with linen old grey bedsheets! The place could be great with a bit more maintenance!

This was a beautiful property, with clean rooms and beautiful pools . The staff always went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We will defiantly be back. The only little issue was at night it could be noisy from the music playing around the area. But its not a big deal just mentioning it so you can be prepared. 4.9 stars!

Rooms were clearly outdated and bathrooms had a dusty mould smell. Lots of ants and mozzies in the rooms and aircon was extremely annoying and loud. Aswell as the restaurant down at the lobby playing loud music all night making it hard to sleep. Although the place was priced quite cheap and was fairly priced in my opinion .Pool needs more sunbeds!!!!

My room was very cold first 2 nights even with air-con turned off, would have liked a blanket, thankfully the air-con was fixed. Breakfast looked good but limited choice for myself. Cereal poor only plain Cornflakes and cholcolate flakes no healthy one with Bran, fruit, nut. Lots of cakes but noticed only 1 GF bread for those who need GF food. Saying that staff wonderful.

We had a deluxe pool view booked. Room was nice but there was no view of pool so I asked if we could move - it was no problem the next day. We then asked for quieter as there was lots of nightclub sound! Again no problem and we were upgraded for a very reasonable price to a quiet, spacious and very comfortable 2 room suite. Such good service and lovely staff. Very good value especially with breakfast included. We liked the beach club option too.
