THE Premier Clemson /Seneca Lake Home

A very unique and premier rental on Lake Hartwell directly across the lake from Clemson University. Capture the views of Tillman Hall, Death Valley, and the Walker Course from your living room, porch, and bedroom windows. This home sits just three miles from Clemson University. One of the best lakefront rental properties in this area with an unobstructed view of beautiful Lake Hartwell. This home features four bedrooms with two master suites. Open floor plan allows for large family gatherings. Relax outside on one of the two large porches. Underneath the new addition offers another large and shaded area that could be used for entertainment.. Bring your own boat or rent from Clemson Marina. Clemson Marina is within walking distance and offers boat rentals, gas, dining, and a playground for kids. The dock associated with this house is one of the largest covered platform docks allowed on this lake and sits in deep water. The shoreline also consists of approximately 150 feet of white sand. This is a family owned home that is very clean, updated, and well maintained. Property also offers a very spacious front yard that could also be used for recreation. Cornhole boards are included. The perfect getaway home for vacation and/or Clemson related events.

Fantastic location. Excellent dock and sandy beach for the kiddos. Manageable grassy slope. Rooms are good size, kitchen is excellent size. Full laundry room for daily use. Access to Tv and various networks. Good WiFi. Kitchen cooking utensils should be upgraded but not a deal breaker.

Clemson House

This large home had all the room for people to spread out, and not be on top of each other. The bedrooms were beautiful and bathrooms were great. The kitchen was the best feature, however, it could have used a few things for cooking and serving as you would at home. The sofas were gigantic and could be be used for extra sleeping spaces. The TVs worked as they should. The access to the water was an easy one. The dock was amazing, and there were plenty of chairs. We lived on the screened in porch and the dock. If you're looking for a lovely home for family fun and room enough for all, this is the place.

Excellent location just quick drive to Clemson University. Very private and comfortable house! Two living rooms, spacious kitchen, and beds and pillows were very comfy too! Would gladly stay again!

Fabulous location, great views on the lake.

The house was perfect for Clemson parents weekend, although we weren't there as much to enjoy everything it had to offer the convince of getting to campus was fantastic. The house was very clean and comfortable. Next time a longer stay.

Labor Day 2023 Clemson Vacation

Our family absolutely loved our stay this weekend. The property location was PERFECT. Great views, convenient to the boat landing, house size & accomodations were just right. Family stay for summer graduation

We loved the home and rented a boat for the amazing dock on the lake! It was absolutely perfect for a family visit to attend our son’s Clemson graduation. Location on the lake is prime, so close to campus and accommodations were perfect.

Fantastic stay on Lake Hartwell

This is a great property with plenty of room for fun and family. We enjoyed a week's stay. Lots of family gatherings and never felt crowded. Very quiet and serene and felt quite safe. No baby furnishings available so need to make your own arrangements. A baby gate would be helpful to block staircase to lower level. Communications with property host were easy and helpful. We'd definitely recommend others rent the place and will look into re-renting when we return to Seneca area.

Can’t control the weather

Great house in the perfect location. We spent the entire time indoors due to heavy rains, but we still made the best of it. Short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Great communication with the owner.

Amazing property

This property was amazing!!! The house was beautiful and super clean and had everything you may need for your stay. The yard and dock were perfect, we spent a lot of time on the dock swimming with the kids. We will definitely save this location for future stays.

Wonderful Home!

Amazing house! We had such a great family vacation and plenty of room for everyone. The weather was amazing, and we had so much fun on the beautiful dock and even brought our boat. We went fishing, swimming and just relaxing in the water. Spent nights on the screened-in back porch and had a lots of family fun. Minutes away from the Walker Golf Course at Clemson University where the boys played a round of golf. The home was clean and well stocked with plenty of linens and amenities. The property owners were amazing and very attentive. I could not recommend a better house to rent.

Beautiful lake setting. We enjoyed the sandy beach and spacious home. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook for our crew and there are many good restaurants close by. Relaxing evenings on the screened porch. Picture perfect!

Beautiful home

Spent a week here and had a truly wonderful time. The house is in a perfect setting. We spent most of our time sitting out on the deck looking down over the vast grounds to the water below. The house has everything you need and so much more. Fully recommended!!
